Rajarani Temple

Rajarani Temple initially known as Indreswara which is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is locally referred to as an "love temple" because of the erotic sculptures of couples and women within the temple. The temple was built of the sandstone that was dull yellow and red locally known as "Rajarani". There aren't any images in the sanctum, which means it's not part of any particular sect of Hinduism but is generally classified as Saivite according to the niches.
It has two main structures that include a central shrine known as Vimana (sanctum) with an abada (curvilinear spire) over its roof , rising to an altitude of 18 meters (59 feet) and a viewing area called jagamohana with the pyramidal roof. The temple was constructed from the sandstone that was dull yellow and red locally referred to as "Rajarani". There aren't any images in the sanctum, which means it's not linked to the specific sect of Hinduism but is generally described to be saivite according to the niches.
The Tourism Department of the Government of Odisha organises a Rajarani music festival in the temple each year between 19 to 20 January. The temple is centered on classical music and all three forms of classical music such as Hindustani, Carnatic and Odissi all have equal significance. Musicians from all over the country participate in the three-day celebration.
